Experienced, highly skilled professionals who already know each other and have shipped together, and who build with AI agents every day. No forming stage and no getting acquainted, so the work starts in the first week. The SWAT takes a job end to end, or works next to your own team and teaches it to work the same way.
What do you need?
One contract, one accountable person, and that person works in the SWAT. Three to twelve months is the usual shape, and the mix can change mid-project without a new procurement.

I work with teams through coaching, and I stay close to AI and the technical work.
I lead by coaching, because motivated, trusted teams do better work. That belief comes from 26 years as an engineer, CTO, COO and Product Director, and I still write code most days, now mostly with AI agents. I keep advice vendor-independent, and I am happiest where the technology serves a real purpose.
My work connects technology, product and business across healthcare, public services, cloud gaming, smart homes and indoor positioning.

How I work · 01
People first
A team that enjoys working together does better work than one that is managed into it, and the results they get together are what keep it going. Most of my work is getting that loop started, and then making sure nothing gets in its way.
In practice that means shared goals, credit where it belongs, and enough trust to raise the awkward thing early. I trained as an ICF-accredited business coach because most people carry more potential than their role asks of them, and coaching is how I try to help them use it. Much of coaching is listening, and that carries into every other part of leading.

A steady rhythm
I prefer iterative cycles and a feedback loop, and I keep the process thin unless there is a good reason not to. Each cycle produces something people can try and react to, so that feedback can steer the work and keep everyone informed.
At G-cluster and Wiztivi, monthly delivery became how we worked with major European telcos. I later led the Finnish organisation through two acquisitions without losing that rhythm.

How I work · 03
Hands-on curiosity
I still design, build and ship products: AI, SaaS, IoT hardware. Staying hands-on keeps my advice honest.
Recent work includes AISSD document intelligence, Tap'n Go RFID safety, an electricity-price controller, and an OCR gate system. My advice has to survive contact with my own code and customers, which is a reliable cure for confident opinions.

Trust
No lock-in, plain language, and the knowhow handed to your team. If I'm not the right person for your problem, I'll tell you.
Avoiding lock-in is the goal, not a side effect. The team hands its knowhow over to yours, so you can run and change the work without us. That has held in mission-critical public-sector work, regulated products and long customer relationships where reliability matters more than theatre.
